Obituary of Emilie Helen Wachter

Passed away peacefully on Tuesday December 17, 2024 surrounded by family after a short illness.  Beloved daughter of the late Mary Helen and Jakob.  Loving sister to the late Shirley (2011), Doreen, the late Richard (2015) and Jerry (Michelle).  Special aunt to Heidi, Dale David, Derek, Owen, Kayley, Kara, Frances, Reg, Gary, James and families.  Emily was loved by numerous nieces and nephews.

  Emily was an Anger Management and Life Skills Coach and helped numerous individuals with mental health.  She grew up in the era of Motown which were her favorite tunes and she absolutely loved to dance.  Emily lived out west for many years and returned home to share in the care of her mother years ago.  She will be missed by many especially her close friend Kieran, who shared special memories with Emilie.  She was loved by her feline friends Simba and Nala.

  As an expression, donations would be appreciated to the Windsor Essex Humane Society. Cremation has been held.  A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday January 12, 2025 at the Riverside Sportsman Club (10835 Riverside Drive East) from 2-5 pm.
