Obituary of Tina Poisson

“Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain.” - John 12:24 On February 7th, 2024 Heaven gained another saint, Tina Marie Poisson. She finished her race and she is now in the presence of her Saviour Jesus Christ. Tina was a woman who had a big impact on the people who she loved with her servant’s heart,her passion to meet others needs and the love for her family and friends. Her smile amplified beauty, her laughter was contagious and her kidding around brought joy and humour to all who knew her. Attending church and volunteering her time in children ministry /Ushers Ministry and hospitality were very important to her. She was very hard-working at home and in her workplace. She loved when she got opportunities to relax with her family, making new memories together on Disney Cruises and spending time visiting family. Tina was the eldest daughter of the late Mathew Golab (Wanda) & her late mother Charlene Golab. Tina is survived by her loving husband of 38 years Dwayne Poisson. Cherished mother of Kyle Poisson (Kathryn), late Katie Sanford (James) and Krystle Bennett (Michael). Treasured grandmother of Ezekiel & Xavier. She will be truly missed by her sisters Wendy Semande (late Wayne), Theresa Lazarz (Tim), Dana Brake and by her father-in-law Lionel Poisson and his late wife Jeanette and by her siblings-in-law Penny (Don), Susie (Don) and the late Bruce (late Sue). Followed by her many aunts and uncles, nephews / nieces and cousins as well as many friends, She will be truly missed. If you so desire, donations to the family would be appreciated. Cremation has taken place. On Saturday, February 17, 2024, friends and family are invited to meet after 11:00 a.m. at Windsor Christian Fellowship (4490 Seventh Concession Rd.) followed by a Celebration of Tina’s Life at 12:00 p.m. A livestream of the service will be posted via Kyle/Kathryn’s Facebook.
