Sending sympathy to Jim's loved ones. The Kemler family is saddened with the passing of Jim, a WINDSOR son who grew up near us and was schooled in WINDSOR. All of us in this community remember the charms of Jim Weaver because he lived so many of his early years among us. It is easy to recall his smiles and friendliness, his loving nature and his easy-going ways with everyone. Jim was a Tobermory kind of guy. I am certain heaven is just like that for him.
