Obituary of Sandra Michaelis

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear Sandy at the age of 72 after a courageous battle with cancer. Cherished wife and best friend of Les for 52 years. Dear sister of Gary and Betty Jean Thibeault, Raymond Thibeault. Dear sister-in-law of Lorne and Sherry Michaelis and many nieces and nephews. Sandy received loving support and will be missed by her special friends Mark and Angie Nouvion, John and Bernice Holsey, Garnet and Joanne Albert, Laura Michaelis. Sandy enjoyed retirement after a successful 33 year career with Chrysler Canada. Her life adventure continued in Nevis where she will be missed by friends and neighbours of 20 years. She continued her lifelong love of gardening in the tropics. Sandy was also an avid supporter of Rescue Animal Charitites. In keeping with Sandy’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to Cremation Society of Windsor & Essex County (519-969-5449) 3260 Dougall Ave. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
