Obituary of Robert Ives

Passed away peacefully with family at his side at Hospice of Leamington, in his home town. Beloved husband of the late Betty (November 2018).  Much loved father of Krystal Ives, Janet Robinson (Craig), Carolyn Ives (Jim), and Bob Ives Jr. (Mona Levesque). Cherished grandfather of Anthony, Kristopher, Tracy, Thomas, Derrick, Giovanni (Andrea), Stacey, Lorianne, Shelby and James-Lee. Proud great-grandfather of Harmony, Tre, Sierra, Eliana, and Vincent. Special great-uncle of Rick. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Survived by his sisters Lila MacVicar (Ron), Eleanor Mills, brother Charles Ives (Carol), Hazel Steer, and sisters-in-law Margaret Gadal (the late Joe), Mary Russell (Allen), Audrey Ives (the late David Ives, his brother), brother-in law Bill Stein (the late Mildred). Predeceased by his parents Glenn and Minnie Ives, his brother David, his sisters Laura and Donna, and Betty (and Ross), and his chosen son, David Stephens.  He leaves good friends, especially Bernie who kept him busy every day.

Bob retired as a Stationary Engineer from the University of Windsor where he worked for many years.

Cremation has taken place. At his request, no service is planned.
